2. Personality and Character（性格特点）

2.1 What kind of personality/character do you think you have?

To be honest, I think that I am an optimistic and passionate person. In other words, I am a young person who is like the rising sun in the morning. I believe that if a person can be full of passion, his life must be colorful. Thus, during my college life, I took an active part in various kinds of activities held by the Student Union. I also participated in various knowledge contests organized by the university. In my daily life, I can approach

things enthusiastically and solve problems with an active attitude. With passion, I feel like that nothing can beat me.

你认为你有什么样的性格？

说实话，我认为我是一个乐观且充满激情的人。换句话说，我是一个就像早上初升的太阳一样的年轻人。我相信如果一个人充满激情，他的生活一定会多姿多彩。因此，在大学期间，我积极参加学生会组织的各种活动。我也经常参加学校组织的各种知识竞赛。在日常生活中，我能充满热情地做事情并且可以以积极的态度解决问题。有了激情，我感觉任何事都不能打败我。

2.2 What’s your great strength and weakness?

Every person has his own strongest strength and weakness. Well, dealing tough things with an active attitude is my great strength. I think that it is important to have a positive attitude. When an issue confuses me, a good attitude can allow me to keep calm and find an effective way to deal with it. As for my great weakness, I think that I am poor at turning down requests. If someone asks me for help, I will give him a hand unhesitatingly even though helping him will take me a long time and a lot of energy. This may sometimes delay my own business.

你最大的优点和缺点是什么？

每个人都有自己最大的优点和缺点。以积极的心态处理事情就是我最大的优点。我认为有一个积极的心态很重要。当有问题困扰我的时候，一个良好的心态可以让我保持冷静并且找到最高效的方法去解决它。至于我最大的缺点，我认为我不擅长拒绝别人的请求。如果有人向我寻求帮助，我会毫不犹豫地为他提供援助，即使帮助他会花费我很长时间和很大的精力。这有时可能会耽误我自己的事情。

2.3 What’s your greatest weakness?

As a matter of fact, everyone possesses some weaknesses. Well, I think my weakness is that I am easy to forget things, especially when I am busy with study or job.A case in point is my friends and I usually make appointments to get together on a certainday. But when it comes, I often forget it completely and am concentrating on other things. Then they will call me and say: “hey, where are you? Are you coming soon?” Every time it is always a big surprise to me and I will be punished through a variety of ways by them. To get out of this habit, I have attempted to write down a reminder on my notebook

whenever I have arrangements, and take the notebook all the time and check it often. So as a result, gradually I begin to kick this habit and now it is getting better. But I am stillworking on this way since it is a good method, I think.

你最大的缺点是什么？

事实上，每个人都有弱点。我想我的缺点是我很容易忘记事情，特别是当我忙于学习或工作的时候。我想到的例子就是我的朋友和我通常在某一天约好见面。但当它来临的时候，我常常完全忘记它，把注意力集中在其他事情上。然后他们会打电话给我说：“嘿，你在哪？你很快就来吗？”每次对我来说都是一个很大的惊喜，我会被他们以各种方式惩罚。为了改掉这个习惯，我试着在有安排的时候在笔记本上写下一个提醒，并一直带着笔记本，经常检查。因此，渐渐地，我开始戒掉这个习惯，现在它越来越好了。但我仍然在努力，因为这是一个很好的方法，我想。
