1. Hobby and Interest（兴趣爱好）

1.1 What do you like to do in your free/spare/leisure time?

It depends on two different situations. If I stay at home, in the morning, I like listening to music, lying on the bed, which is a good way to relax myself. After that, I can cook a delicious meal for me and my family. I really enjoy the time I spend with my family members in my free time. But if I spend my free time with my friends, we usually have a good meal in the restaurant and enjoy a film in the theater together. It is so wonderful when you communicate with some friends that you are willing to talk.

你喜欢在空闲时间做什么？

这取决于两种不同的情况。如果我呆在家里，早上我喜欢听音乐，躺在床上，这是一个放松自己的好方法。之后，我可以为我和我的家人做一顿美味的饭。我真的很享受和家人一起度过的闲暇时光。但是如果我和朋友一起度过空闲时光，我们通常会在餐馆里吃一顿大餐，

一起在剧院里看电影。你和一些你愿意与他们交谈的朋友交流是多么美妙的事情。

1.2 What’s your hobby? And how do you become interested in the hobby?

My hobby is swimming, I truly love it. I usually go swimming four or five times a week. I became interested in it from the time when I played with friends in a small swimming pool about over ten years ago. In summer, we usually swam in the pool, organizing some activities which were related to water and talked with each other the happiness of swimming together. After that, I would like to learn swim and took part in swimming club where I have learned many skills and categories of swimming. 

Swimming really builds my body and enrich my free time.

你的业余爱好是什么？你是如何对这种爱好感兴趣的？

我的业余爱好是游泳，我真的很喜欢游泳。我通常每周去游泳四到五次。大约十年前，当我和朋友们在一个小游泳池里玩的时候，我就对它产生了兴趣。夏天，我们通常在泳池里游泳，组织一些与水有关的活动，并且互相交谈游泳的快乐。在那之后，我想学习游泳，并参加了游泳俱乐部，在那里我学到了许多游泳技能和种类。游泳真的锻炼了我的身体，丰富了我的业余时间。

1.3 What’s your favorite sport?

Playing basketball is my favorite sport. I usually play basketball with my friends about three or four times a week after class. It is a meaningful activity which can improve our team spirit and know how to cooperate with others effectively. At the same time, playing basketball can cultivate our sense of balance and strengthen our physical exercise. Also, it is a useful way for us to improve our social bond, because sometimes, we not only play basketball with our friends, but also, we can play with others that we are unfamiliar with, which provides us a chance to make more friends.

你最喜欢什么运动？

打篮球是我最喜欢的运动。我通常在课后和朋友们一起打篮球，一周三到四次。这是一项有意义的活动，可以提高我们的团队精神，知道如何有效地与他人合作。同时，打篮球可以培养我们的平衡感，加强我们的体育锻炼。同时，这也是我们改善社会关系的一个有效途径，因为有时我们不仅可以和朋友打篮球，而且可以和我们不熟悉的人打篮球。这为我们提供了交更多朋友的机会。

1.4 What kind of books do you enjoy reading?

I really enjoy reading science fiction. I nearly read it every day. I am fancy for science fiction is due to the fact that it provides me with a fantastic world. The more I read, the more interests I have. I am easily attracted by the plots of the story when I read it. Meanwhile, it can cultivate our imagination and creativity, which is useful to create a innovative society. Also, it creates a new world that is different from our reality. We can know some advanced technology and scientific achievement that we are likely to realize in the near future.

你喜欢读什么样的书？

我真的很喜欢读科幻小说。我几乎每天都读。我喜欢科幻小说是因为它为我提供了一个奇妙的世界。我读得越多，兴趣就越多。当我读科幻小说的时候，我很容易被故事的情节吸引。同时，科幻小说可以培养我们的想象力和创造力，有助于创造一个创新的社会。同时，它创造了一个不同于我们现实的新世界。我们可以知道在不久的将来我们可能会实现的一些先进技术和科学成就。
