在二三十年前，就读博士、硕士的人还比较少，本科文凭已经算是比较高的了。高学历人才一直都是国家和企业比较重视的，所以那个时候的本科生是很吃香的，工作好找，并且很容易找到好工作。

研究生学历更有利于职业生涯发展

读书除了增长自己的知识，也是希望能够在未来的职场中获得更好的发展。虽然读研需要花费三年时间，在这期间本科毕业的同学已经工作了三年，积累了三年的工作经验，但是从长远的发展来看，我认为就读研究生的人员会更加有优势。
